Each piece is crafted with care, and we’re committed to ensuring it arrives safely to your door.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom orders may require additional time, which will be communicated shortly after the time of purchase.
Packaging & Handling:
Due to the delicate nature of stained glass, we take extra care with packaging. Each item is securely wrapped and cushioned to minimize risk during transit.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer domestic shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Expedited options are available upon request.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your stained glass art's journey to you.
Shipping Damage:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your stained glass piece as much as we loved making it.
If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns:
Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our stained glass items, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
Need a different piece? We’re happy to offer exchanges for items of equal value, provided the original item is returned in perfect condition. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery to begin the exchange process.
Custom Orders:
Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means a refund or a replacement.
